Who We Are?
About the Auradicals Foundation
The Auradicals Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing human rights, social justice, and socio-economic development through advocacy, community engagement, and targeted programs. The organization was established in 1973 as a student advocacy group at Fourah Bay College, Mount Aureol, a constituent college of the University of Sierra Leone. Known as the Aureol Radicals, or Auradicals, the group was founded by students committed to promoting positive and transformative social change.

Over time, the movement evolved into the Auradicals Foundation, now registered in Sierra Leone, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Its membership comprises alumni of Fourah Bay College, the oldest Western-style university in sub-Saharan Africa.
Today, the Foundation supports programs in human rights, education, health, democracy, and good governance, and provides social services and community support across various communities.
Mission
To promote human rights, social justice, and inclusive development through advocacy, education, skills training, and community engagement.
