We are excited to invite you to be part of something really special — the Aura 5K Run & Community Wellness Event, taking place on Sunday, April 26, at Bladensburg Waterfront Park in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

This vibrant, community-focused event is more than just a race. It is a celebration of health, connection, and purpose, bringing together runners, families, health advocates, and neighbors from across the DMV region.
A Morning of Movement and Motivation
Race day begins at 8 a.m., with participants taking off along a scenic waterfront route that showcases the natural beauty of Prince George’s County. Whether you are an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply someone who wants to support a meaningful cause, the Aura 5K welcomes participants of all fitness levels.
Before the race, we will kick things off with an energizing Zumba session at 7 a.m., led by a live DJ. It is the perfect way to warm up, boost your energy, and connect with fellow participants before hitting the course.
Celebrate Community and Wellness
The excitement does not end at the finish line. After the race, join us for a lively post-race celebration featuring music, food, and entertainment. This is a time to relax, celebrate your accomplishment, and enjoy the vibrant spirit of community that defines this event.
We anticipate welcoming hundreds of participants and spectators through community outreach efforts, social media engagement, and local media coverage.
Making a Meaningful Impact
The Aura 5K is rooted in purpose. Proceeds and awareness from the event will support:

Our goal is to inspire healthier lifestyles while strengthening partnerships with organizations committed to improving community well-being.
